WHY SUBLIMINALS..?
While you can absolutely programme your subconscious mind with the repetition of CONSCIOUS thoughts (thoughts you choose on purpose), subliminals bypass the filter that is your conscious mind, to be absorbed directly by your subconscious mind with less resistance. As the affirmations are on such a low volume under either white noise or music, your CONSCIOUS mind doesn't perceive the messaging, so it can't question it based on what the physical world is showing you etc.
 
At the request of a lot of my clients & social media following, I have decided to create subliminals myself, with full disclosure of the affirmations used, as it can be a bit risky using random subliminals from free, anonymous resources on YouTube.
 
Unlike the affirmations I put on my YouTube Channel, these subliminals are created in the 'You are' format. The reason being, when you listen to my usual affirmations, your mind has a tendancy to repeat them back to yourself, so you are saying to yourself, 'I am...' etc. Whereas, when listening to subliminals, as your conscious mind does not perceive the affirmations, your subconscious mind is actually more receptive to hearing 'You are' statements, as if it's being spoken to you by a friend etc. outside of yourself.
 
These subliminals have been kept to a maximum of 90 mins/1.5 hours in duration for a reason. While a lot of people like to listen to subliminals overnight, I believe it's important to let the mind rest properly overnight to process the thoughts you have been pragramming it with throughout the day (think of how a computer or smartphone needs to restart after a system update).
 
90 mins is around the time it takes for your body to get into REM sleep (all sleep is imporant, but REM sleep is where the majority of the processing occurs). It is up to you if you would like to listen to the subliminal audios on a loop overnight, or just the once, as you drift into deep sleep (as recommended). You can also listen during the day, although it is STRONGLY advised that you do NOT do so while driving or operating heavy machinery.
 
Suggestions for use...
Subliminals to white noise at night as you're drifting off to sleep
Subliminals with upbeat music for first thing in the morning
Subliminals with upbeat music for mundane tasks during the day such as housework, data entry etc.
Either type of sublminals can be listened to during meditation depending on your preference

The level of effectiveness of subliminals differs from person to person, and cannot be guaranteed. It's also important to keep in mind that, as with all reprogramming of the mind, repetition is necessary.
